Thomas Timmermann’s IT background reaches back 20 years. For the past 16 of those, Thomas has been working at Paessler. Currently, he is Paessler’s Senior Market Expert and drives both Marketanalysis and Market Trends Observation.
Greta Warren-Fiedel is a member of the documentation and internationalization team at Paessler. Specifically, she is involved in localizing PRTG user interfaces, adapting them in a technically correct and target culture oriented way, to make them commercially viable in international markets.
Journalism undergraduate student and intern at The Shift. Marina Hortélio was an intern in the newsrooms of Jornal Correio and Rádio Metrópole, both located in Brazil’s northern State of Salvador (BA).

Berkeley and Foundation Institute of Administration (FIA). Fabio has worked as an analyst and editor at PC Magazine, Editora Abril and Folha de S.Paulo, as a technology expert at Brasil Online and UOL, Professor at PUC-SP and COGEAE, technology consultant for healthcare and finance companies, and IoT sales for Latin America at Intel.
Sheila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (Brazil), but she fell in love with Journalism when she was invited to be part of the PC Magazine editorial staff. After that, Sheila was responsible for other technology publications and started to work with Content Production and Consulting in Communication for companies in IT, science and financial industries in 2004. She also has a graduation degree in Public Relation and Corporate Communication.
Sílvia Bassi enjoys over 30 years of experience in IT related news reporting and the development of business models and monetizing strategies for news websites. In her career, Bassi directed the Brazilain Branch of the IDC network and AOL. Previously, Sílvia was a reporter and editor at Folha de S.Paulo and the Abril Media Group. In 2017, Sílvia was shortlisted for the Media Enterprise Professional award.
Cristina de Luca is a journalist with a masters’ degree in Marketing. The last 30 years of her career, Cristina dedicated to multi platform content within the IT and communication areas. De Luca was a reporter, editor and content director for News organisations such as the braziilain media Group Globo, IDG (IDC in Brazil), JB Media Group, O Dia and the internet news portal Terra. Cristina has been awarded six times the Comunique-se award in the categories IT and Specialists.
